How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. We also offer expedited and overnight shipping options at checkout for those last-minute festival needs.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like face masks, pasties, and bodysuits without a liner cannot be returned.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since festival wear often uses stretchy materials or unique cuts, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart for the perfect fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to rave fans all over the world. International shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at the final stage of checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
