We want you to love your festival fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like face masks, pasties, and bodysuits without liners are final sale.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a tracking notification once your return is scanned.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
